Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purchase Policy

• All purchases made with RJ Global Solutions are contract-based and time-bound as per the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
• Once a service is purchased, it cannot be canceled mid-term, except as explicitly stated in the agreement.
• Clients may upgrade their plan or service scope at any time, subject to revised pricing and mutual agreement.
• Clients on legacy pricing may continue under the same terms until renewal or upgrade.
• All invoices must be cleared on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice.
• A grace period of 3 (three) days may be provided at our discretion. During this period:
  
  • Services may continue temporarily
  • Post grace period, services may be suspended without further notice
• Re-activation of services after suspension may require new pricing or revised terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Services once initiated cannot be canceled unilaterally by the client.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on:
  
  • Project stage
  • Resources allocated
  • Work completed
• If a service plan expires or is canceled:
  
  • Re-subscription will be subject to current pricing
• RJ Global Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in case of:
  
  • Non-payment
  • Violation of terms
  • Misuse of services

3. Refund Policy

• All payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated, resources have been allocated, or work has commenced.
• Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of RJ Global Solutions and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering:
  
  • Work completed
  • Time invested
  • Resource allocation
  • Contractual obligations
• In eligible cases:
  
  • Refunds may be partial only and calculated based on unused service value
  • Refunds may be issued as service credits instead of monetary refunds
• No refunds will be issued for:
  
  • Completed milestones
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Digital services already delivered
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 90 business days.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks (Important)

• Clients are encouraged to contact RJ Global Solutions before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
• Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may be considered a breach of agreement.
• We maintain detailed records including:
  
  • Agreements
  • Invoices
  • Communication logs
  • Proof of delivery
• These records will be used to contest disputes through payment processors such as Stripe.

5. Payment Authorization

By making a payment, the client confirms that:

• They are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method
• They agree to the scope of services, pricing, and timelines
• They authorize RJ Global Solutions to charge the agreed amount
• They will not initiate a chargeback without first contacting the company for resolution
