• RJ Global Solutions does not guarantee job placement under any training or recruitment service.
• Hiring decisions are solely made by employers/clients.
• Marketing services do not guarantee specific results (sales, leads, rankings).
• BPO/service outcomes depend on external factors and client inputs.

4. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate details
• Enter legally binding agreements

5. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made via approved gateways.
• All fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
• Taxes (GST or applicable) are extra.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

6. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• No cancellations once service has started
• Client is fully responsible for payment commitments

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate requirements and data
• Cooperate during execution
• Not misuse services or engage in illegal activities

Failure to comply may lead to delays or termination.

8. Staffing & Recruitment Terms

• RJ Global Solutions acts as an intermediary between employer and candidate
• We do not guarantee:
  
  • Candidate performance
  • Employee retention
  • Hiring outcomes
• Any disputes between employer and employee are not our responsibility

9. Training & Placement Terms

• Training programs are for educational purposes only
• Placement support includes guidance, not guaranteed jobs
• Certificates (if any) are issued based on internal evaluation

10. Marketing & Consulting Terms

• Results vary based on market conditions
• No guaranteed ROI, leads, or conversions
• Client approvals are required for campaigns

11. BPO & Support Services Terms

• Service quality depends on scope and client inputs
• Downtime or delays may occur due to external systems
• We are not liable for third-party failures

12. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables remain company property until full payment
• After payment, usage rights may be transferred as per agreement
• Company retains rights to reusable components

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools/platforms.
We are not responsible for:

• Their failures
• Policy changes
• Data/security issues on external platforms

14. Limitation of Liability

RJ Global Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or business
• Hiring failures or marketing outcomes

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RJ Global Solutions against:

• Legal claims arising from your actions
• Misuse of services
• Violations of laws or third-party rights

16. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services
• Deny access without prior notice

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

17. Privacy

Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
