These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and programs, including but not limited to training, internships, placements, certifications, and any associated payments.

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our website or services. By accessing any part of the website or engaging in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility or Selection Process

Only students, job seekers, institutions, or professionals who have registered via the official website, verified email, or authorized representative are eligible to participate in our services. Participation in training, internships, or recruitment drives is limited to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria for each program. RJ Global Solutions reserves the right to verify the qualifications of any participant (If Required).  RJ Global Solutions holds the right to deny or withdraw access based on misconduct, ineligibility, or  violations.

Registration & Payments
All program registrations must be completed through official channels, and payments must be made only via authorized payment gateways or official QR codes. We do not accept payments made to individuals. Any such payments will not be acknowledged. Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific program terms. All payments (including registration, training fees, certificate fees, etc.) must be made via official QR codes or gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe). Once payment is completed, users will receive an official receipt by email. No refund shall be made unless explicitly stated under refund policies.

GST & Invoicing
All payments made for services, where applicable, are subject to 18% GST. You will receive a digital invoice or receipt by email after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide correct email and contact details at the time of payment.

Placement Drives & Job Opportunities

• Once a candidate is selected/placed through any of RJ Global Solutions’ drives, they will not be eligible for additional placement opportunities.
• Multiple placements or applying for multiple companies after successful placement is strictly prohibited.
• RJ Global Solutions does not guarantee job offers; final selection depends solely on the hiring company.
• RJ Global Solutions does not have any authority to modify your offered CTC, fast-track interviews, or guarantee job confirmation.

Program Delivery
Training, internships, and placement support are delivered virtually or in person based on the program’s structure. Attending all training sessions, assessments, and feedback interactions is mandatory to receive certification or placement support.

Identity Misuse or Card Policy
Authorized RJ Global Solutions representatives must carry their official ID card during visits. Misuse or unauthorized use of RJGS credentials will lead to strict action and blacklisting.

Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and respectful communication throughout the program. RJ Global Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participant for misconduct or non-compliance.

Certification & Placement
Internship and training certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required components. Job drive support is subject to participant performance and partner company requirements. We do not guarantee job placements; we provide access to opportunities and preparation support. All certificate validations (training, internship, employment) must be done through the official validation portal or shortcode system provided on our website. Fake or manipulated certificates will result in blacklisting and legal action.

Code of Conduct for Participants

Misbehavior, impersonation, abusive language, harassment, or falsification during communication with company staff, partners, or hiring managers will lead to immediate suspension or blacklisting.

Technology Use & Platform Access

Access to online platforms or portals (training, exam, verification, etc.) is limited to the registered user only. Sharing login credentials or misusing the system will lead to account termination.

No Guarantee Clause

Participation in any drive or training program does not guarantee a job, internship, or certification. These outcomes are based on candidate performance, eligibility, and the employer’s discretion.

Force Majeure Clause

RJ Global Solutions is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption of services caused by events outside its control (natural calamities, government regulations, internet failure, etc.).

Certification Validation Period

All issued certificates or verifications are valid for a limited time (e.g., 6–12 months), unless otherwise specified. RJ Global Solutions reserves the right to revoke certificates if post-issuance discrepancies are found.

Training Outcome Disclaimer

Completion of a training program does not imply guaranteed placement or certification. Final outcomes depend on performance, assessment results, and fulfillment of all criteria.Grievance Escalation. Users must first raise complaints via email or support form. If unresolved, the issue may be escalated to our legal team. Public defamation, false accusations, or social media misuse without prior grievance filing may result in legal action.

Impersonation or Fraudulent Representations

RJ Global Solutions is not liable for interactions with third parties claiming association without valid proof. Always verify with official email IDs, contact numbers, or validation links.

Non-Disclosure Clause (NDA-lite)
Participants shall not share confidential information such as test links, placement processes, hiring partner names, or internal materials without written consent from RJ Global Solutions. Any breach may result in legal action or disqualification.

Refund Policy
As a general policy, no refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed unless under exceptional circumstances authorized by management.

Use of Website
You agree not to misuse, copy, or reproduce any content from this website without written consent from RJ Global Solutions. You agree not to upload or transmit malicious software or engage in activities that may harm the website or users.

Limitation of Liability
RJ Global Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays, technical errors, third-party failures, or incorrect information submitted by users. All efforts are made to ensure data accuracy and service delivery, but there is no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property Rights

RJ Global Solutions owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the website, program content, logos, trademarks, designs, and training materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of our content without prior written consent.

Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

You may be required to verify your identity through official documents (such as Aadhar, PAN, college ID, etc.) for certain programs or certifications. Providing false documents or impersonation will result in legal action and blacklisting.

Use of Testimonials & Feedback

By participating in our services, you grant RJ Global Solutions the right to use your testimonials, placement updates, or success stories (without disclosing sensitive personal data) for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.

Termination of Access

RJ Global Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any of its services or programs at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases of misconduct, terms violations, or misuse.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
